Wet paint coatings come in a vast array of
colors and are provided by many different manufactures. We can
custom match any color needed or obtain any product drawn out
in a specification. Applications range from industrial
coatings to MIL-SPEC coatings. Choose from flat to gloss and
light spatter to heavy texture. The wet paint application can
be air-dried or oven baked at curing temperatures from 125
degrees to 250 degrees. The low cure temperature allows a wide
variety of substrates to be coated. Powders are cured at
higher temperatures than many wet coatings and therefore the
result is generally a tougher coating and more likely to
resist chipping and marring. Powder finishes provide a durable
finish and are environmentally safe. Cure temperatures for
powder finishes range from 375 degrees to 400 degrees. Powders
can also be custom color matched and they come in a variety of
finishes such as wrinkle, texture, and
hammertone.
